Coco de Mer

Coco de Mer

During their honeymoon on the Seychelles, William and Kate received one of these scandalous nuts from the island's foreign minister.  I photographed the one above at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History in the 1980's.  It is part of the Women's Series.

Fashion News

Fashion News

Had an interesting shopping trip last October on Ellsworth Avenue in Shadyside. The retro clothing was fun, but why are the mannequins naked or dressed suggestively? I know they are inanimate objects, but if they were male mannequins, would they be naked or outfitted with a thong? Just asking!! More shots in the flickr photostream.
