Yesterday, the third in an unusual string of four sunny days in early March, I took a walk with my friend Cristina around her Pittsburgh neighborhood. Although the sun announced spring, the snow and icy walks were the true indicators of the season's transition. After about four blocks, 20 images and a collaborative project sealed, Cristina took a nasty fall. The sudden shock and pain subsided, but I hope that after a full recovery, we can head out in another direction to discover more about each other and the neighborhoods of Pittsburgh.
